Cory Gordon![]() Cory Gordon was the Project Manager of the Craik Eco-centre. Cory is from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and for several years has worked as a commercial bush pilot and biologist in the Canadian North. While working in the northern wilderness, Cory was alarmed by the dramatic changes he witnessed taking place in the environment over a relatively short time period. He returned to Saskatoon in 1996, and influenced by his northern experience and Dr. Lynn Oliphant of the Prairie Institute For Human Ecology (PIHE), he became interested in creating sustainable solutions through the use of alternative building design and renewable energy technologies. Through his position as lead builder for the PIHE, Cory has offered several workshops on strawbale construction and other ecological building technologies.
